I'm about to cancel my assisted payroll subscription because I can't believe how absolutely horrible this service is The agents I speak to say they don't have the phone number for the payroll tax dept. My email was auto replied to saying they would get back to me in the order my email was received, it's been 3 weeks and nothing, no returned phone calls and chats are useless. I emailed back, chatted, tried multiple phone numbers and have spoken to a ridiculous amount of CS agents. I received an email from QB payroll tax dept on 4/12/21 saying they were unable to file a combined UI/WH tax form for my employees that live in MA and that I would have to pay and file and they would be crediting my account with the paid taxes. ![]()
